Welcome to Community School 150!  Here we are firm believers in the importance of educating the “whole child”.  We provide our students with rigorous data-driven instruction in all core-content areas in alignment with the Next Generation Learning Standards.  Equally as important, students receive character education.  This gives our scholars an opportunity to learn which behaviors and character traits are not only welcomed but encouraged within our school community.  These positive behaviors are further reinforced with our school-wide positive behavior intervention system (PBIS) and school store.  At C.S. 150, we believe in empowering parents with the knowledge and resources necessary to be full partners with us in their child’s education.  We offer parents a variety of workshops from which to choose as they seek to learn how to best support their child’s learning at home.
